Puffel, or in plural: Puffels, are a species which inhabit a very unique habitat. They live on top of floating islands in the sky, which are always coverd in thick clouds. This serves as camoflage so they can live in peace. A Puffle has 3three recognisable features: sharp fangs, big fluffy ears and the Iconic "balloon" fur; which they use to float up into the air. Sometimes this is used for fighting.
There are about 300 documented floating Puffle islands, which average landmass of current day italy! Each island has a unique ecosystem. Only a few people know the legend of it was created, and even fewer could tell it to others. It seems only female Puffles exist which can reproduce, using other species, so no two Puffels will be the same.
Every seven years, the Puffel's begin a "breedings season" where whtin three months of the season, a single male is chosen for each island. Over the course of the next seven months the chosen male is used to breed the inhabitants of the they've been chosen by.
They build their structures in a style similar to the those of celtic or japanese structures, depending on which island. They use simple tools of wood and stone, with more advanced islands, using iron tools. They've mastered the art of farming, and have created airships to colonize more of their floating islands. Their diet mainly consists of fruits, vegeabtles and fish; making themomnivores. They feature many unique patterns and colors, however there are exceptions dependig on the Puffel island.

Nonetheless there are many different types of Puffel! For example, there ar Puffel who live in chaotic harmony, with two different types split into factions. Thenthere are the Royals, who are particularly stronger thn other variants of Puffel. This is why large number of them are trained then enlisted into the army. There is also a rare type called Voidwalkers. The Voidwalkers hold special abilites that tap into the dark arts. Thought their polar opposite, the Candy Puffel's are known for looking as if they're made from candies and sweets.
Later, we will address topics such as warfare, economics, and the islands vegetation. The ecosystem of each island varies, with some having pink grass, trees with white leaves and clear blue water. While others have deserts or mountains, or the occasional field or forest.
The pretty lady here is the Empress of the Puffels. And intelligent and elegant lady with a knack for strategy, both in war and in peace. She's a mystical, part Japanese woman, who's priority is the protection and safety of her islands and people.
